Christian Bautista’s “Romance Revisited” Album Goes Platinum
Asia’s Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista’s latest CD entitled “Romance Revisited: The Love Songs Of Jose Mari Chan” has been certified PLATINUM after a month of release ! Christian received his Platinum Record last Sunday (November 8th) from Universal Records’ General Manager Kathleen Dy Go. Universal Records Head Of OPM & Album Producer Ito Rapadas and Christian’s Business Manager Carlo Orosa also got their Platinum Record Award on ASAP 09.
“Romance Revisited: The Love Songs Of Jose Mari Chan” is currently the NUMBER ONE OPM album nationwide and has topped the album charts of two of the country’s biggest record retail chains – Odyssey Records and Music One. The current single “Tell Me Your Name” is also the NUMBER ONE music video on OPM MYX Countdown for the last three weeks! Upon arriving from his very successful U.S. Tour, Christian appeared as a guest in Jim Brickman’s Eastwood Mall Concert last October 28th. Christian was handpicked by Jim Brickman to be part of his latest album “Beautiful World” with the track “Never Far Away”. Christian then flew to Jakarta the next day (where he is a certified Superstar), appeared in a major TV talk show and promo event. He also recorded Bahasa and English versions of “Please Be Careful With My Heart” with famous Indonesian actress/singer Bunga Citra Lestari, which will be included in the Indonesian album release of “Romance Revisited: The Love Songs Of Jose Mari Chan” next year. Last Friday (November 6), Christian performed to a jampacked crowd at SM North Edsa Skydome, which was filmed by MYX for airing on December 6th, 9pm. The next evening, he was Sarah Geronimo’s guest in her “Record Breaker” concert, where the two sang “Please Be Careful With My Heart”. The crowd went wild!

Christian and Sarah look good together….when they sing together , I can sense there is something very special going on between them. It’s your choice to hide it but it still shows. You can easily deny but people in love can not hide the glow in their eyes. Bagay na bagay kayo. Since 2007 i’ve been hoping na sana kayong 2 na kahit may ibang nali link sa inyo.
